Wunderschönen guten Abend alle zusammen,
ich suche Informationen zu den Namen Baer,Nickel,Gogolin,Böhm und Helmer aus Westpreußen/Polen (Großraum Thorn/Leipe.)Die mir zugänglichen Online-Datenbanken habe ich schon erfolglos abgeklappert,und als genealogischer Neueinsteiger muß ich andere Quellen erst noch erschließen....

hier könnte Dir zum Beispiel das Standesamt I in Berlin, Rückerstraße 9 in 10119 Berlin, z.H. Frau Lindemann, weiterhelfen, da dort viele der Kirchenbücher und Standesamt-Unterlagen aus den ehemaligen deutschen Ostgebieten lagern. Bearbeitungszeit kann u.U. über vier Wochen dauern.

Habe grade herausgefunden, dass ich die Urenkelin 3. Grades einer Frau Wilhelmine Nickel bin.

Damals verheiratet mit Landwirt Gottfried Mieske in Stieglitz

Eine gemeinsame Tochter ist Auguste Wilhelmine Mieske geboren in Stieglitz bein Schönlanke Posen am 14.03.1853

Kannst Du damit was anfangen?

Sonst habe ich nur noch Nachfahren.

I have just found you via the internet. Several of the names you are searching are familiar to me as members of my parents family. Both my mother and father were born in and had family in the Lipno area and attended the Evangelische Lutheran kirche in Wolschebuden. My father Liedtke was the oldest son of teacher Liedtke in Barany and he married the youngest daughter of Friedrich Nickel, who was also born in this area. I think my grandmother Nickel's maiden name was Bohm but I have also heard my mother speak of the Helmer name so I am sure there is a connection there. Friedrich Nickel had a large farm and many children including Heinrich, Fritz (Friedrich), Erich, Marta, Ella and Erika, many of whom travelled to Germany after WWII where I have cousins now who are in their 40's and 50's. My parents came to Canada in 1948 approx. where I was born and I now live in California. If any of this is useful to you in your ancestral research, or please if you think you have information which might help my research, I would appreciate your contacting me by email. thanks for your E-Mail. First, I have to apologize for my not so perfect English. Well, we are definetely related. My Grandmother Ella was the oldest Sister of your mother Erika, and my Father was therefore one of your cousins. Unfortunately he died in 1997. I remember your parents visiting Germany when I was a child (I was born in 1969).
Due to the fact, that my Grandma had 6 brothers and sisters, there are many tracks to follow, but yeah-seems that I found one!!!!!!
I have collected several documents about our family, and I am in connection with another of your cousines: Waltraud, the daughter of your aunt Martha. bei meinen Vorfahren kommt der Name Gogolin auch vor.
Was hast du für Namen in deiner Liste mit dem Namen Gogolin???

Hallo Aimee,
ich habe eine Luise Gogolin, geboren am 19.07.1868, gestorben im März 1945. Sie war verheiratet mit Johann Baer, geboren 14.01.1864 und gestorben im Januar 1945. Nähere Angaben über die Geburtsorte habe ich leider nicht, und weiter zurück komme ich momentan auch nicht.
