    Your ancestors names were most likely spelt LÖBACH or LÖHBACH. (OE is often used for Ö in english, as we have no umlauts)


    There is a german site GEDBAS were people can upload their GEDCOM files.
    I had a quick look there for you. There were no LOEBACH or LOEHBACH, but several LÖBACH and LÖHBACH.
    They don't seem to be the names you are looking for, but have a look anyway, and see if you recognise anybody.
