Early 1700s Immigrants

For a long time I've been trying to find a way to research my family in Germany. Since it's so old, does any one think it's possible?
He came to Braintree, Massachusetts (south of Boston) in the early 1700s with many other Palantine Germans and settled in an area called Germantown (of course). They worked for a man named John Palmer who had a glass factory there.
Last name: Brisner, Bricaner, Breisler, Briselir, Preisler, Preissner, etc
First name: Hinrick, Hendrick George
Friends first name was: Buckhardt
Came from: Breslau in 1752
Born abt 1730
His wife:
Last name: Hardwick
First name: Elizabeth
daughter of John Peter Hardwick (or Hartwigg) of Wurtenburg
born abt 1735
