ich leite hier eine Anfrage aus den USA weiter.
I need help in locating the ULRICH family from Hesse, Darmstadt. Time is running out for me to do this research as my daughter and I are going to be in Darmstadt September 8 %26 9, 2011. I've tried with film from the FHC in Salt Lake City, but I cannot read the German script, which makes it frustrating for me. So I'm just chasing windmills there.
I have information on the Ludwig ULRICH family from their arrival in the U.S. about 1850 onwards. No knowledge of religious affiliation or where in Hesse, Darmstadt they came from. Perhaps the city itself???

Gesucht wird Ludwig Ulrich * ca. 1816 , Heirat mit einer Magdalena vor 1844, ca 1850 in die USA ausgewandert.
