"Subhastations-Patent"
I have found this term in Prussian government documents from the 19th Century. I believe it translates as "forced sales." It seems to refer to both real estate with structures as well as just farmland.
Are these properties being confiscated for some reason or perhaps, in the case of farmland, abandoned?
