Hallo,
Could someone please help me with the Ortsname in attached link to the Labes church records?
I know that Piepenhagen is included in the Labes church records, but when I look at the Ortsname underlined on line 47 & line 62
it does not look the same as the 'Piepenhagen' written on line 66 later on the same page.
line 47. ??? Bauernhirten August Wickboldt - Friederike Milger - Carl Gottlieb Ferdinand - 20 Mai (1845) (my g-g-grandfather)

Do you think that it is 'Piepenhagen' or a different place name? I cannot find a village name in the Labes area that seems to fit. Another reader has transcribed it as 'Ziegenheger' ? I was hoping that there might be someone in this forum that is knowledgable about Labes place names ...
