Schwaz, Tyrolen

Hello, an ancestor of mine was born in the town of Schwaz in Tyrol, Austria, sometime in the mid-1700s. I was wondering whether there are records for that location available online, maybe something similar to how Czech records are digitalized and put on the Internet. I tried searching for it, but apart from familysearch.org, which doesn't really have a lot from there, I wasn't able to find anything, so maybe I'm doing it wrong?
