I presume that the city of Friedland you are looking for is part of Pommerania, which does not belong to Poland but to Germany nowadays, because that is near to Demmin.

However, if you look into the GOV database for Friedland you will find 68 places also in other regions. I really hope that you will find your SCHRÖDER in D-17098 Friedland, if not it will become very complicated.
