Prisoner of war - where find documents?

the only thing I can think of is the Brandenburgische Landeshauptarchiv at Potsdam-Golm

poststelle@blha.brandenburg.de

write a mail to them, explain what you are looking for, give your full name and the name of the soldier.
The timeframe 1941-1945 seems unreal.
