Prisoner of war - where find documents?

Im looking for dokuments of prisoner of war. It was a sowiet soldier, he was imprisoned and worked in Germendorf near Oranienburg (1941-1945). Where I can find camp documents from this area?

Hi,

the only thing I can think of is the Brandenburgische Landeshauptarchiv at Potsdam-Golm
email
poststelle@blha.brandenburg.de

write a mail to them, explain what you are looking for, give your full name and the name of the soldier.
The timeframe 1941-1945 seems unreal.
