Hi,
I have two relatives who were from Hofbieber, Franz and Romanus Mangold (brothers, born 1838 and 1844). Both immigrated to the US together. I am hoping someone is from this area and can research who their parents were, and if any other siblings remained in Hofbieber. I have reached out to the local catholic church, but received no response. I can tell from both Ancestry records and basic review of the area, that Mangolds are still in the town, but I have no idea if they are related.
