I am tracing Waclaw Kostecki, who served in German Colonial Marine (Abteilung Matrosen Artillerie / Department sailor Artillery) and died from tropical illness about approximately 1909. His daughter Waclawa was reported to be born in Posen in 1904, but I cannot confirm it. Where should I look for the personal data of people serving in this unit?
