Hi, I'm trying to trace Edward Bade born approx 1860 who may have come to England in 1880 from Wittingen, I have a Hamburg Passenger list.. Are there any church records for Wittingen online?? I am trying to confirm if this is the Edward Bade I need... his marriage certificate says his father was Frederick Bade, sadly the English Census just say Edward was born 'In German Waters' or 'Germany'.
