My Great-Grandfather was a Master Baker. He had a store in Berlin ca. 1910. Where would the archives of such things be? Meaning:
- the record of his having passed the exam to be a Master Baker.
- the "permission" to open a store in Berlin.
Also: He married in Köln, not sure if he may have done his apprenticeship there or maybe had a store there as well?
