Tag und Stunde der Geburt - 1846

I believe "Tag und Stunde der Geburt" translates to "Day and hour of his Birth". What does "(mit ziffern und ?uchftaben)" translate to?

The baptism date is "10/???/Januar" which translates to "January 10th". What is the word between "10" and "Januar"?

10 / zehnten / Januar = 10 / tenth / January
Yours sincerely
