Hello!
My ancestor, Jochum Heydorn, was born in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1686 and was a member of the German parish Sct. Petri in Copenhagen. The original church registry was destroyed in a fire in 1728. Parish members were asked to recreate their data and although Heydorns are listed as sponsors, there are no records of Heydorn births.
Jochum married Gedsche Plakens and they had 4 children Anna Elisabeth, Christian Friedrich, Florian Adolph and Jochum.
Is anyone aware of Heydorn/Heidorn families that emigrated north to Denmark? Any information is welcomed!
