    Zur Publication des unterm 7ten August 1844 von dem weiland Kaufmann Peter Jürgen Matthias Armbrust in Itzehoe mit seiner Ehefrau Anna Catharina Armbrust geb. Möller errichteten gegenseitigen Testaments ist Termin auf Dienstag den 12ten August d. J. , Mittags 12 Uhr, auf dem hiesigen Rathhause angesetzt und werden Beikommende aufgefordert, sich in diesem Termine zur Wahrnehmung ihrer Gerechtsame einzufinden.

    Peter Jürgen Matthias Armbrust, merchand in Itzehoe and his wife Anna Catharina b. Möller had left a will dated from 7th August 1844. This will is announced to be made public on 12th August (1851) in the townhall of Itzehoe, and those who are concerned are asked to come so to exercise their rights.

    Thank you M.I.F.E. I appreciate your translation. I don't think these ARMBRUSTs are in my family (yet) but one never knows. I do have ancestors that were from Itzehoe and do to it's size years ago I would think the ARMBRUST's there would be related.
