I am seeking information on Joseph Raschkowiak (or similar spelling) from Guben on the Oder River. I don't know if he came from the German or the Prussian side. He was born in March 1840.
I would appreciate any information on this person or area records that could be searched on line. I would also like to know the Region for a separate posting.
