Guten tag,
I am looking for information to help me find family that lived in, from what I know, northern Baden the country/province. All searches of available online marriage, death and birth records could not get me what I am looking for. I am guessing that the best choice would be if there was local Census data or Emigration data to look threw that.

Florian Zipf Married to Francesca Schauder (about 1830-1841)
His sons were blacksmiths leading me to believe he (Florian) was also a blacksmith
Children
Arthur J. Zipf born 1841
John George Zipf born about 1846
Elisabeth Zipf born about 1847
Also they were Roman Catholics
I think that only the 3 children emigrated to America in about 1856 could have been more children and parents may have left also
