I am
looking for information about Olaus Carolus Wassmann. About his birthplace in
Germany and his family. The name is a Latinized name; his real name could be Olav
Carl Wassmann. He was born around 1730, it is supposed to be in Germany. He
immigrated to Denmark around 1755 and was a known rococo painter in Denmark. He
married Louise Juliane Breuchman in 1756 in Denmark. She is also supposed to
come from Germany. If there is anyone who can give me some information, I would
be grateful.
