Has anyone had problems sending money to the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Bibliothek in Hannover? We transferred a small amount for a document through Xoom that was received by their bank on 2 Oct 2014, but their last email weeks ago said it was not received and now they don't even answer our transmission of the proof of payment. Anyone know how to fix this???
