Due to reorganizing municipalities in The Netherlands some municipalities lost their name (and the connected statistic code). Many years later the name returns to another combination of cities and villages and that combination has another statistic code.
I think I have to set a date to the statistic code, but I don't know the right format.
Can you help me?
